Shipping policy
Free shipping on every order. We ship free to the contiguous United States via USPS Ground Advantage, our standard shipping method.
Processing time
Orders placed by 9:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 2-5 business days after your order ships, so most orders arrive within 3-6 business days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and can run longer during the holidays or carrier delays.
Faster shipping
Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Faster UPS options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
Holiday shipping deadlines
To get your blanket by Christmas (contiguous U.S.):
- Free standard shipping: order by Friday, December 11. Orders placed after December 11 with free shipping are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.
- UPS 3 Day Select (paid): order by Friday, December 18.
- UPS 2nd Day Air (paid): order by Monday, December 21.
Deadlines are for orders placed by 9:00 PM Mountain Time and are based on carrier holiday schedules. Weather and carrier delays are outside our control.
Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories ship via UPS, with rates calculated at checkout.
Multiple blankets
Each blanket ships in its own package, so orders with more than one blanket may arrive in separate deliveries.
